"She is one of the most worst trainer and disrespect person I have even seen in my life. Even after giving two references she ignored me by not answering call from 1st Jan till 14th Jan and neither informed about her illness which was fake. One of my references informed me about her illness then I called her to know her health status. But still she did not realised that she should answer call or call back whenever see any student number in miss call list. On 15th January she did not answered call whole day and when tried at 11:50 pm she started yelling continuously by saying I cannot call at this time. She berated me like I always call her midnight. This was also not enough for her. She asked for sorry and apology by calling again 5-7 times. Most of the time she forgets that she confirmed class. Her reply on whatsapp does not mean any promise and she does not keep values on her words. As per her she is not responsible for any class which was always cancelled by her and neither she signed any agreement with British council to provide quality in training and answer student calls. If she likes she will teach otherwise wastage of money and time both. And if you do followup that means you are dancing on her head."

"It has been a wonderful experience learning from prerna ,she is a wonderful person. The teaching material she provided to me is useful and she also gave me all the useful tips and tricks. Experience learning from an individual trainer was good despite of being sick she attended my calls and messages and took my classes. I would definitely recommend her for an individual training to achieve a good score. She has a lot of calm and composure while explaining and re-explaining the material and definitely gives her best to every class and they are customised as per your requirements. "
