A PERSON CAN SCORE UP TO 8.5 BANDS IF HE/SHE IS FLUENT WITH THE LANGUAGE. IDEAL SCORE SHOULD BE 7 BANDS AS IT IS THE UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT OF MANY UNIVERSITIES.
