Deepak, IELTS started in the year 1989 and it was the norm for the organisers to give the students a sample book on registration. So, it started with "Cambridge Practice Test for IELTS #1" and this book was published in 1996. Since then, periodicallly, new books have been published with Book 17 being the latest. Till book 15 there used to be 4 Listening, Reading and Writing tests with 2 General Reading and Writing. There were 4 speaking specimens too. Now, separate books are published for Academic and General versions with 4 tests apiece.
These books are availble for purchase online. These should suffice for any student. The books also carry answer for the Reading and Listening modules and sample answers are provided for the Writing module. For some strange reason, only the likely questions and the structure of the Speaking module is given with no clue about the answers but, the questions itself are a good indication of what one can expect in this segment.
