My IELTS writing score is 6.5 and 5.5 for speaking. Should I go for a reevaluation?

You need to check with the institute or the employer where you are likely to apply, regarding the minimum band score for individual components. They set minimum criteria for overall and individual band scores. I hope this helps.

Can an amateur teach IELTS to students? I do not have proper knowledge of tenses, but I got 6.5 bands, and I am willing to work hard and become proficient.
Please don't ever try to be an amateur IELTS trainer because all IELTS trainers are trained specially to teach & most of them are Abroad educated. So they have practical experience of IELTS exam themselves....
