It is an invalid complaint as the test is very authentic and reputable all over the world. Unlike listening and reading, where there are set answers and cannot be disputed, speaking and writing are evaluated by human beings. Hence, the scores are prone to change depending upon various external factors (time, mood, context, questions during the performance of the candidate).
