Listening scores depend on your practice. Make yourself aware of the number and kinds of questions and practice as many tests as you can till you score at least 36 to 38 out of the total 40.

Hi, There are ample practice tests available online. To get started, it would be better if you have a guidance to understand the listening test, after that, you will be able to practice by your self. I would suggest that you refer to the British Council websites for authentic practice tests.
