How important is to greet examiner after entering the test room for IELTS speaking test?

It is not a compulsory thing but its good to greet them as it will create a positive impact on them.

Dear all, As part of the body language assessment and basic attitude assessment, it is ideally good for a candidate to greet the examiner upon entering the test room . It is not a part of the grading though, but a measure of attitude.
