How do I get a job in Canada without IELTS like work visa?

Ankit, let us get one fact straight here before we go forward with your question. Every country in the world, a soverighn country, has the right to formulate their policies as far as ingress of people is concerned. Therefore, Canada has a specific guidelines laid out. You can go there as a tourist and no IELTS is required. You can marry a Canadian citizen and, I think, IELTS is not mandatory or you can get asylum. Apart from these, to the est of my knowledge, you need to clear IELTS with the requisite score. Without that, even if you get a job offer or admission in some institute, on arrival, you will be denied entry. As i have mentioned, all this is what I understand. Maybe, somebody else may prove me wrong, for which i will be grateful and obliged. read less

You can get a job visa in Canada if your company sponsors it. However, you can reach Canada. You must then give IELTS examination through your employer

If you're a skilled worker then if you have good knowledge of French you are likely to proceed. As the eligibility is on point based score and language score too plays an important role. See to it that you also have an invitation from an employer from any territory, to make your process easy.
