What a question, Venu. Band 9 in each of the 4 modules. I have been teaching for well over 20 years and never seen one.Many, many tutors claim that their students achieved this unique feat, but on scrutiny, they cried " wolf " under the oft used excuse of privacy. Now, Reading and Listening is a number game and, i have seen amny get 9 in these two modules. I have seen two instances of my students getting 9 in Speaking, but one of them had English as his mother toungue while the other, while of Indian origin, had been in Australia for a number of years. In writing, I have never seen this. I hope this answers your question. read less
