What do you mean by certified, and what authorities are you expecting? First, you need passion to teach and then be a domain trainer. Of course, you can get yourself approved from the British council. But they access as per their parameters which is right for them.

You should take up a registered trainer program from the British Council or Trinity College. The course gives you insight into the exam and being a part of this reputed institution gives you a lot of leverage in terms of placements.
