Hi Pavel... There are three ways that first one and best one is learn under any good teacher and you can give exam privately , 2nd one is in every state we have a Government colleges for music so you get an admission over there ang take training for the Tabla Diploma and 3rd one we have a very reputed institutions/Universities are there like Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Khairagar University etc...
