I believe that the students to nurtured rather than spoon feeding, the have to be mentored not taught. Instead of teacher students needs a guide, and i prefer to be a guide with giving prior importance to academics. Teach them through the live examples in life they will be easily understanding. i have experienced that the students show much interest in my due to the examples taken from real life. Instead of teachings X & Y make them as examples they will be listening. i use some technique to capture the attention of students that really works out. As a teacher think from students side also, Let it be in friendly nature, be free with them, Mentoring will be more effective in studies, Group discussions and case study is to improve thinking abilities. Cracking some Quantitative technique help to aptitude test also.
