"Please don't expect training from Sailaja garu. You won't even get a chance to speak to her. She also said that people visit their institute not worth sailaja time. Completely unprofessional people (Particularly @Vennala). They give us an appointment to visit their institute to speak to Trainer, but you can only able to speak to receptionist. Receptionists don't even have enough knowledge about any course. What ever you ask, they call to someone. Waste of your Time. When they don't respect your time and you, imagine how they will treat you after joining. "

Speaking about stage fear best solution would be rehearsal - continuous practice will overcome fear. Work on your communication skills.
