----- Started myself in Ram Tech as Java Trainer and have been continuing in Training side specialized in Java.

-----I am always interested in training my students in practical oriented model by giving them real time examples which are near to our real lift. For example when I teach Inter Object Communication I will take example of me and students saying (we both are objects, if we want to communicate with each other, I need to use my functionality called speaking and you have to use your functionality called listening..then we both are said to be communicating. similarly objects can communicate by calling each others functions)

--My major strength in teaching is Java. Apart from that I can train people equally in .NET and Android also.

--I love all areas of Java most and I am so good in training in Java area

-- As a trainer I have learned one important thing that the most easy example you take for explaining a topic, the more interactive your session will be. Instead of you explaining the topic technically, you can start it as a general discussion of requirement and slowly explain what java provides to solution for that requirement and explain the topic.

---My Style of teaching always follows the below methodology:

Why - why we have that topic in Java / or some other technology

What - What is this topic (explain all technical details, api, examples)

Where - explain where this topic is applied most

how - give a real time example of how to apply this topic in app development
