For the past seven years, my journey has been a dedicated exploration of the transformative powers of Yoga and Therapy. Currently pursuing an MSc in Yoga, I am proud to be a certified practitioner recognized by both the World Yogasana and the Central Government. This recognition extends to my role as a Yogasana Sports Judgment official, further highlighting my commitment to the discipline. My journey in imparting the wisdom of Yoga and Therapy has taken me to diverse settings. I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise at esteemed institutions such as CMR International School and Sivanand Degree College. Additionally, I've contributed my skills to popular fitness centers like Cult Fit and Star Fitness Centre. Beyond these experiences, I have established my own Yoga Centre, where the focus is on holistic well-being and personalized practice. Notably, my engagement in the field expands beyond teaching; I have served as a Khelo India Judge, contributing to the evaluation and promotion of Yoga at a national level. This experience has not only enriched my understanding of the diverse applications of Yoga but has also allowed me to contribute to the larger narrative of wellness in the country.In the ever-evolving landscape of education, I have embraced both online and offline platforms to reach a wider audience. My sessions, whether conducted in person or virtually, are designed to be 50 minutes long, encompassing both practical and theoretical components. This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Yoga and Therapy, blending physical practice with the underlying philosophy. Despite not holding formal certifications, the focus of my sessions lies in creating a dynamic and interactive learning experience. Live sessions, where real-time feedback and guidance can be provided, form an integral part of my teaching methodology. This approach fosters a sense of connection and community, even in the virtual space. In essence, my seven-year journey in Yoga and Therapy is characterized by a commitment to continuous learning, a dedication to sharing the benefits of Yoga with diverse audiences, and a genuine passion for holistic well-being.
