I am a Technology graduate, I learnt yoga from Gandhi Gyan Kendra and also from various Iyengar yoga teachers apart from that Mudra chikitsa( various types of mudras that give power and health). Previously I was a sportsman I had regular gym workouts, jogging, swimming and cycling. All power lies in regulating respiration ie the art of breathing and diet intake,Gods grace of course,does not depend mainly on strength. I am interested in teaching those preaching or those who are interested in Vedic sanatan dharma which is very much related to yoga or let me say Yogaha karmasu kaushalam, which even is Iyengar principle.
I can entertain only pure vegetarians and followers of Vedic sanatan dharma in my classes.
