I'm graduated and I just began to pursue my career. I am working as a Visual Designer now. I am a passionate traveller, yoga and meditation practitioner, avid reader, creative writer and I do art out of scrap. I started my spiritual journey when I was 19 wherein I successfully completed a Certification Course in Yoga from SVYASA University, Bangalore. I'm now a proud Yoga Instructor qualified by Quality Council of India and Internationally certified by CYA International. I have also been a part of "Stop Diabetes Movement " - A national mission to prevent India from becoming the global capital of diabetes through yoga based lifestyle change.

Yoga is not only about a set of asanas that we perform for our physical wellness. We can say this is just 20% of yoga. The whole concept can be explained in simple terms using an example - We all sleep every night to give rest to our bodies. Our body demands rest and will function best only when proper rest is given. We all have our own hobbies,interests and passions. Now,what are these? Why are we so keen about doing them whenever we find some time. What does doing these activities give you? - Relaxation. For some it may be painting, for some it may be travelling, for some it may be reading.
