I am a B.tech graduate in computer science , i am very passionate about computers and learning new things in general . I also enjoy the process of training , i wasn't familiar with it until i got a chance to train someone . Back in my college days , it was a common practice to come up with a any tech topic and then discuss the same with our mates to learn more about it. Most of us use to do it with ease , but one of our mate use to struggle a lot mainly because he was from Telugu medium background . On his request i started teaching him spoken English and the process itself was so amazing that i used to love it and then few months passed i dint even realize but my friend who was from Telugu medium background started to speak English very fluently. And then i started teaching spoken English more often in the process of teaching i realized mostly students know the basics of grammar and sentence formation , but they still cannot speak very fluently due to lack of confidence . My approach of teaching has always been more of a confidence building training so that a person can speak English confidently without any grammatical mistakes . Because i feel just learning grammar and other concepts are not enough if you cannot speak English confidently. And every person has his own requirement. I teach according to the individual . I am a visharad in hindustani classical vocal, passed in 1995 through telugu university. I have learnt further gayaki from my guruji 'shri vajindra ashritji'and given concert through him. I have taught keyboard to children starting from 2years to 18years and above that also. I have worked in mnc karani infotech as an assistant administrator. I have completed air ticketing course (manual) in the year,1987.

I have taught English for 15 years at various levels namely school, college, corporate, university . in course of my experience. I have taught many student in terms of communication skills, soft skills, corporate English, literature.

The subject matter in this course deals with the study of programming languages. The course provides the student with an overview of the programming features found in different programming languages, the programming paradigms supported by various languages, and the reasoning behind the inclusion or exclusion of certain features from a language. I had the opportunity to teach the course in both traditional and Virtual Classroom�® modes. The following represents the summary of my teaching experience in both methods. In this report I try to explain the differences in the approach I use to teach this subject in these two modes of delivery. While no one method, so far, has emerged as a better choice, there is still a lot to explore in distance learning before a decisive conclusion can be made. My challenge was to find the right combination of tools, technologies, and teaching approaches that will enable the distant learner to do as well as a traditional student sitting in a classroom. In particular, the course was centered around a conferencing system (Virtual Classroom�® on EIES) with many built-in features to support distance learning. To extent I can report on what has worked for me and what is likely to work in the future. Obviously, every time the course is taught new discoveries can be made and the overall teaching experience is enhanced.
