I started my career as a school teacher, and en route has taught courses like TOEFL, IELTS, and TSE and my profile includes coaching Call Centre aspirants during my employment with Dr.Reddy's foundation. I have been trained on American accent and culture by a group of young Americans in India on a cultural exchange programme. I have a sound knowledge of phonetics, its practical application in voice & accent training and has practically used them in classroom teaching. My strengths include my unwavering commitment to quality of work, and that demands me to be a perennial learner. My Work @ NIIT, Delhi in Planet Workz wing and as Asst. I am a B.tech graduate in computer science , i am very passionate about computers and learning new things in general . I also enjoy the process of training , i wasn't familiar with it until i got a chance to train someone . Back in my college days , it was a common practice to come up with a any tech topic and then discuss the same with our mates to learn more about it. Most of us use to do it with ease , but one of our mate use to struggle a lot mainly because he was from Telugu medium background . On his request i started teaching him spoken English and the process itself was so amazing that i used to love it and then few months passed i dint even realize but my friend who was from Telugu medium background started to speak English very fluently. And then i started teaching spoken English more often in the process of teaching i realized mostly students know the basics of grammar and sentence formation , but they still cannot speak very fluently due to lack of confidence . My approach of teaching has always been more of a confidence building training so that a person can speak English confidently without any grammatical mistakes . Because i feel just learning grammar and other concepts are not enough if you cannot speak English confidently. And every person has his own requirement. I teach according to the individual . Pursued Advance Diploma in German language Working for Google as German Language Expert since 18 months I can guide you with Basic German and help with Speaking ,learning and writing but I can't provide any certification only teaching facility is provided
