• Per day conducting 6 – 8 private classes(Home and Studio Classes)
• Per day 8 to 10 hours working on Yoga classes

• Postures/Asanas — their function and purpose; sequencing, safety and variations Restorative yoga with the use of props

• Creating themed classes, and cuing which relate to the 5 Koshas (layers of the body) Sanskrit — chants, mantras, and Mudras.
• Hindu texts — The Bhagvad Gita, and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
