Hi, I’m K. Anitha, a passionate Hatha Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga instructor with 5 years of experience in guiding individuals toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. I work as a freelance yoga teacher, offering both online and offline sessions tailored to individual needs.

I have completed 200 hours of Teacher Training Certification (TTC) from Krishna Yoga Sharda and have also worked as an assistant yoga teacher at Patanjali. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge in sound healing and acupuncture, which I believe beautifully complements yoga practices, helping people achieve holistic well-being.

My classes focus on traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and pregnancy yoga practices to support women in their prenatal journey. I believe in a gentle, yet powerful approach that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and nurtures the soul.
