Hi! I'm a certified Hyderabad-based Yoga Instructor with 2 years of teaching diverse sets of students- young & old, healthy individuals as well as people with lifestyle conditions such as Diabetes, BP problems, Hypertension, Sciatica, PCOS to name a few.
I've completed my 200hr teacher's training course from The Yoga Institute (Mumbai), and am ongoing an advanced 900hr teacher's training.
I teach Yoga as a passion and knack to bring about a culture of health, wellness & propagating the knowledge of the ancient science as has been passed down to me from my teachers. I have a day-job as an HR in a startup as well.
Holding a Master's in Psychology and Bachelor's in Education, I tend to bring in the best of all studies into my practice and classes to help my students' achieve their goal.
I believe in perpetual learning and love to have learn from my students in the process of teaching.
