I teach yoga specially asana,pranayama&meditation...ashtanga, hatha yoga and vinyasa. Also for youngsters if they want I do teach them pilates ,body toning strengthening& zumba alongwith yoga..M right now 25yrs but almost last 9years m teaching and i teach all age groups and m a good motivator for workout to lal my students..my per session class(per hour) charges is Rs.1000/- only..I teach 4/5 days a week which means 16/20 sessions a months and the charge will be accordingly
