I started teaching when I was in college. First it was my classmates, juniors, then my co-workers, and the list goes on and on. Teaching needs a lot of imagination, learming curve, methodology, zeal to learn and above all patience. Every child is unique and different in their own way. It is all about understanding and observing the nature of the child in order to see what clicks best with him or her and then build on it. Teaching is a time taking process and also a relationship builder. If the child likes the way you approach him or her, they can do wonders by all that you teach. It is that bonding and communication part that takes a bit. It is the learning curve that I love the most while teaching. I like math, computers, physics, geography, evs. I don't believe in the mug n repeat attitude. We learn nothing from it. It is the understanding of the subject being studied that fetches knowledge.
