And done national portel of education learning (nptel) of yoga and positive psychology course from iit bombay with distinction and
I teach yoga to bhms students of first year of Gurunank Homoeopathy Medical College and hospital as yoga instructor since 3 yrars and
Yoga is my daily routine of my personal health too to discover the insight of knowledge in myself,
As nss chairman of our college I teach yoga to agricultural students at Gurunank University as a faculty too, in nss and core subjet of soil science.
