In the year 2000 a small kindergarten named as Cherubs, the quintessential school was founded in Jubilee Hills by Mrs.V.Malathi Bhaskar. With the support of like minded faculty members and encouraging parents, the school upgraded itself by one class each year and was known as “Hansel School” after it added the Primary Wing. After fourteen wonderful and enriching years, with the wish to inculcate in our children deep regard for conservation and preservation of nature, appreciation of life processes and environment and make them realize that the next era belongs to innovative use of renewable energy and to indicate our commitment to the unhindered growth of the child in his/her natural environment, with the “Gable” signifying the pinnacle which each child is meant to attain, we renamed our institution as “Green Gables International School”. • Cherubs means Angles. • Hansel means a Pledge. • Green Gables reflects the bigger and better future endeavours.
