Recognizing a need for improvement in strategic planning, we focused on dissecting classic games and discussing the reasoning behind each move. I emphasized the importance of understanding the principles of chess openings, middle game strategies, and endgame techniques. we would recreate certain positions on the chessboard, and I encouraged the student to formulate plans and strategies based on the principles we had discussed.
