I run RISHIKESH YOOGA FEDERATION in Gurgaon which was started with the goal to bring physical, mental and spiritual wellness to all through the teachings of traditional yoga and power yoga. Yogi Ved, who is a well-known face of Power Yoga and meditation in Uttarakhand and Gurgaon. Yogi Ved Prakash Nikhil has been practicing yoga for many years since he was a teenager. Yogi Ved has learnt an in-depth knowledge of yoga from his spiritual guru Swami Sudarshan Nath ji and Gurumata Dr. Sadhana ji. Yogi Ved Prakash Nikhil has a natural inclination towards Yog sadhana, its benefits and scientific knowledge drew him to teach Yoga professionally. We provide personal yoga at home, yoga for corporate and for groups. Attention is given to every client and their progress is examined deeply.
