I teach Yoga to students of all skill levels, helping them improve their physical flexibility, strength, and mental well-being. Over the past 5 years, I have developed a teaching style that emphasizes holistic health, mindfulness, and gradual progress tailored to each individual.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Yoga and have also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Training, which has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in the discipline. These qualifications allow me to design well-structured sessions that address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of yoga practice.

My teaching experience spans a variety of learners, from beginners to advanced students. I focus on helping each student understand the alignment, posture, and breathing techniques required for safe and effective yoga practice. My classes are structured to foster consistent improvement while maintaining a calming and supportive environment.

In my sessions, I emphasize the importance of mind-body connection, teaching students not only the physical postures but also techniques for stress management, concentration, and overall mental clarity. I believe yoga is a lifelong practice that promotes balance and wellness in all aspects of life.

I prefer conducting offline classes, which allows me to closely observe students’ postures, provide personalized adjustments, and ensure that every individual practices safely and effectively. Hands-on guidance is an essential part of my teaching philosophy.

Each class is designed to be interactive, encouraging students to listen, observe, and gradually internalize techniques. I focus on progressive learning, starting with foundational poses and gradually moving to more advanced sequences as students gain strength and confidence.

Helping students achieve their wellness goals and witnessing their transformation over time is the most rewarding part of my work. My mission is to create a nurturing environment where every learner can experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
