Diksha - Your Spiritual friend and teacher of all things Soulful and Divine!

Hi there! I am your spiritual friend who'd walk with you on your Spiritual/Healing journey to find joy and peace in life. I am a Government certified Ayush Yoga Wellness Instructor and 500 YTT from Sivananda and other schools of Yoga. I teach Sivananda Classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Vyamas, Yogic cleansing practices, Meditation, Chakra balancing, YogNidra, Flexibility, Vedanta, and Chanting.

Last year, I quit my corporate job to pursue this path, to awaken and heal my own self, I stayed in different Ashrams and learnt Yoga and other practices to find joy and meaning in life but it has given me much more than that. Yoga for me, has become a way of living, the lens I see the world now which I didn't have before. As I deepen my practice, I am realizing that all that we seek outside, happiness, security, and attention, is inside each one of us all the time, we just have to align ourselves and once we purify ourselves on a physical and mental level, the clarity comes. Yoga is a powerful tool to elevate oneself and one has to be cautious to not play with one's energies, and should do these practices under proper guidance.

I am inspired by many Gurus J Krishnamurthy, Swami Sivananda, Osho, Swami Vivekananda, Sadhguru, Sri Sri Ravishankar, but I consider KRISHNA my supreme guru, it is only his Grace and his work that I am doing. I do not propagate any religion or any practice, I am here to give you the tools, one has to walk this journey himself, if you allow me, I will be your guiding light. OM TAT SAT.
