"Ms. Tanisha very calm and composed when it comes to teaching Yog. Her calm and welcoming demeanor makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Besides the amazing yog experience, what I loved the most was her insistence on using the traditional names for the yog asanas. Preserving the culture around yog is as important as the art itself. All in all, I'd fully recommend Ms. Tanisha to anyone who wants to learn yog. "

Her teaching style/directions are clear and precise. Moreover, she’s very observant, constantly checking on you & your asanas. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out calm & relaxed. The classes can be stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving through different focus areas which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each asana as you progress, as well as exploring new ones.” "
