I enrolled for 20 personal training classes per month after clearly informing the trainer about my schedule, preference for home workouts only, and an existing leg injury. Unfortunately, none of this was taken seriously. Despite repeatedly explaining my injury, I was pushed into intense workouts and told that I was “trying to escape exercise.” This negligence led to a relapse of my injury, and I had to undergo 10 days of intensive physiotherapy. After this, I was repeatedly asked to “adjust” to timings that were never agreed upon and was also pressured to switch to gym-based personal training, which I had clearly declined from the beginning. I had to let go of my remaining 3 classes unused (already paid for) due to this. Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience involving lack of care, poor communication, and failure to deliver paid services. I would strongly advise others—especially anyone with injuries—to be extremely cautious before enrolling.
