"She is very experienced and knowledgeable instructor. She is also giving me diet chart free of cost.very punctual and flexible . Very soft Spokane and she knows alsow acupressure points and sujok therapy if client need some therapy she give free of cost.I highly recommend Amita for female and kids for yoga sessions. "
