I don't know the easiest way but the most ideal way is to give at least an hour to ur guitar playing....just understand the technique rather than just trying to play like others....most importantly if ur going through online course u better follow one guitarist,bcoz everyone has different way and approach...

What should a 39 year age Bachelor do under such condition. I am also a patient of Epilepsy(but its very negligible). But, then I have to stay in some restrictions and restrict me to some desires, due. Now I found myself that I would feel very easy & settled in music, Guitar.
Hi Vikash, Guitar is a good choice. I do have a couple of students with epilepsy however this doesn't effect the guitar playing. Find a teacher and get started. All the best :)
