Guitars can be classified into 4 categories: Classical, electric, acoustic and semi electric. Classical: These guitars are nylon string guitars. Their strings are not made from steel. They have wider fretboards owing to thick(but soft) strings and are usually played by finger picking

It is definitely easier to bend strings on electric guitars than acoustic guitars, but it is an essential technique to learn on both the instruments if you want to make your guitar sound as expressive and soulful as a human voice.
