Coming to the psychological aspects - you develop focus, concentration,grit(the willingness to finish a task onve you start it) it has been shown and proven in various statistical surveys that when a child is exposed to music at an early developmental stage they're 70% likely to perform better in academics and co-curricular activities than their peers.
