Sometimes while practicing Guitar, my fingers hurts and have deep grooves in them, should I stop practicing?

this is normal while practicing or playing...if u focus on ur fingers groove..u can b distract from learning...so just take a small break from practicing if pain is much and start again with a new energy as its very normal for all guitarist.

No, you should not stop practicing guitar. Practice guitar at least 45 min daily. Just give break for resting fingers. The regular practice will make hard skill at edge of finger and you will be fine to play guitar without having pain in long run.
