My teaching Style is simple based on "Don't give fish to man, teach him how to do fishing and he will thank you for life" I don't teach how to play song. That is your part what you want to play, when you want to play and how to want to play. I teach my student how to develop desire skill. Understanding for Music theory and Guitar. There are no bad student some learn quick, some are slow but everyone learn and learning never ends. I use combination of App, computer, metronome, songs file, Tab and pdf file. Topic I cover in guitar teaching: 1. Identify parts of the guitar 2. Tune guitar properly using relative tuning 3. Read music including the following aspects: 4. Standard notation (including understanding the elements of music) a) Rhythm b) Melody c) Harmony d) Form e) Tempo f) Dynamics 5. Chord symbols/charts 6. Guitar Tablature 7. Perform music using proper guitar technique (fingering, posture, hand position, etc.) 8. Perform standard guitar literature in a group setting as well as individually 9. Sight-read selected exercises/songs
