Learn to play chord changes first then sing along with the chords. Try to learn song from the band The Beatles and try to sing mistakes are welcome keep trying.

Yes u can learn electric guitar without learning acoustic. To make it much more easier acoustic will be learned first.

What should a 39 year age Bachelor do under such condition. I am also a patient of Epilepsy(but its very negligible). But, then I have to stay in some restrictions and restrict me to some desires, due. Now I found myself that I would feel very easy & settled in music, Guitar.
Hi Vikash, Guitar is a good choice. I do have a couple of students with epilepsy however this doesn't effect the guitar playing. Find a teacher and get started. All the best :)
