Will I be able to prepare for GRE while attending CAT coaching? I got 100% scholarship from TIME institute for their CAT coaching class, but I want to prepare for GRE. Is it possible?

It is definitely possible for you to study both at the same time. However, with my experience I would suggest you to go ahead with one test at a time, as the question pattern and the structure of both the exams are completely different.

Tutor

Time offers great coaching so don't miss the opportunity. GRE math is much simpler when compared to CAT's standards but GRE English is a different ball game. I would suggest to complete the CAT coaching first and not mix up both. GRE can be given even in 45 days after you finish your CAT.

Many B-Schools have started accepting the GRE scores. And the GRE new format (after August 2011) tests you on several measures which were found only in GMAT. One thing is, the Critical Reasoning Section. Now in the GRE, you will have questions involving critical reasoning, though these are not as difficult as those found in the GMAT. Also there is more verbal reasoning and less of vocabulary in the new format GRE, which is another measure tested in the GMAT.
