Well with some prior knowledge in english, lots of practice and right strategy you can definitely achieve it. Listening and Reading are relatively high scoring than the speaking and writing modules. You can focus on all 4 but put the right strategy in each. For example, in reading there are true/false/not...

Well with some prior knowledge in english, lots of practice and right strategy you can definitely achieve it. Listening and Reading are relatively high scoring than the speaking and writing modules. You can focus on all 4 but put the right strategy in each. For example, in reading there are true/false/not given question types in which one gets confused with false and not given often. To avoid it you can search for strategies on youtube and get them right. The toughest part is writing module and needs rigorous practice. You should know that in Task 2 there are 5 different types of essays that can be asked and each one has a different strategy. For speaking, practice in front of mirror as well as with your friends and find other ielts preparing students and form groups. That will be really helpful. You should also refer to the type of questions asked in speaking module. For listening you should practice as much as you can with help of cambridge listening tests available for free. read less

Reading is comparatively difficult but using techniques like skimming and scanning will help you to boost accuracy and time management. Remember to read how the paragraph flows, the logical reasoning, flow of information, keywords, and apply them when you do Task 2 of writing. You are sure to get 7+. read less
