Focus more on Listening and Reading. Get 8+ in both. There are a lot of traps on listening. Practice listening via listening to TEDtalks, or any other videos, even movies. Watch it with subtitles, so that you can catch the pronouncination. It will also help you in your speaking. Reading is comparatively difficult but using techniques like skimming and scanning will help you to boost accuracy and time management. Remember to read how the paragraph flows, the logical reasoning, flow of information, keywords, and apply them when you do Task 2 of writing. You are sure to get 7+.

Well with some prior knowledge in english, lots of practice and right strategy you can definitely achieve it. Listening and Reading are relatively high scoring than the speaking and writing modules. You can focus on all 4 but put the right strategy in each. For example, in reading there are true/false/not given question types in which one gets confused with false and not given often. To avoid it you can search for strategies on youtube and get them right. The toughest part is writing module and needs rigorous practice. You should know that in Task 2 there are 5 different types of essays that can be asked and each one has a different strategy. For speaking, practice in front of mirror as well as with your friends and find other ielts preparing students and form groups. That will be really helpful. You should also refer to the type of questions asked in speaking module. For listening you should practice as much as you can with help of cambridge listening tests available for free.

I am not being able to divide the time between quant and verbal for GRE. I have the official guide of ETS . Help me with the time I should devote to each section in order to score more than 320.
I would suggest you take a mock test and divide the preparation time for each section based on your mock test score. Usually the verbal section takes more time since it is much more difficult than the quant section.
