In your study plan you need to allocate 60-70% focus on Quant and work on it. The good thing is the difficulty level of GRE Quantitative exam is not very high. If you are familiar with high school mathematics in India - you'll be able to prepare and tackle this exam. With Quantitative, there is only one strategy - practice, practice and more practice! There are n number of practice papers out there (free and paid) just take all of them up and GRE will then simply be a matter of cakewalk. read less

Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
