There is no doubt you can achieve your target score with two months of preparation. 320+ is a good score.

Yes, it is possible, but not easy. you must remember that two months is not a lot of time to prepare for the GRE, so it is important to maximize your time. Know about the different sections of the test and prepare with lot of mock tests.
