Hi Chitra,
It would help if you spoke more in English and only with a partner having good communication skills. The regular conversation will improve fluency. Also, reading children storybooks aloud, watching English movies will be helpful. Regular training in English communication from an expert will lead to a fast improvement in fluency.

You can easily improve your communication skills in english by attending online sessions. Skype is the best software through which you can easily attend regular sessions conducted by an expert trainer. Today all meetings, interviews and training programs are conducted online. Online learning is convenient and more progressive in comparison to classroom training. In online training the trainer will be able to concentrate on you personally and improve your skills whereas in classroom, there are 15-25 students with just one trainer to teach all. You don't get the right attention and progress is slow. Every individual's needs, requirements and levels are different so it is not so easy to learn and improve in a large group.
I have been conducting both online and corporate classroom training sessions in English Communication Skills & IELTS since 12 years. I provide both individual and group lessons (max 3 participants) online. I have experienced that people learn much faster by online training.
Go for it. You will surely improve.

Its - is a possessive pronoun which means belonging to. For example - I love to go to hilly areas for its natural beauty.
It's - means It is, where It - is a subject and 'is' - a verb. For example - It is very cold today. In this sentence It - is a subject and is - a verb.
