"Its" is a possessive adjective like his/her in the examples: his car, her book. Whereas "it's" is a short form of it is, similar to this is, that is etc.

It's is always the abbreviation of "it is" as in "It's (= it is) a nice day, isn't it?" Its is the possessive of "it" as in, "That is Morton's puppy but I don't know its name." In the second sentence, its means "belonging to it".

The word it’s is short for ‘it is’ (as in it's raining), or in informal speech, for ‘it has’ (as in it's got six legs). The word its means ‘belonging to it’

What's the meaning of "blend in with somebody," like in this sentence, β€œThis teacher is capable of blending in with the students.” Does it mean the same as "identify with somebody?"
'Blend in' would mean close to the meaning of mixing up so well so that the person does not stand out. SO the opposite of 'blend in' would be 'stand out' ' be different'. Whereas 'identify with' could mean understands very well and be in sync with.
