My educational journey began at Loreto Convent School, followed by graduation from St. Xavier's College. I later earned my MBA from one of the top ten MBA institutes in New Delhi. This strong academic foundation, combined with years of practical corporate and training experience, has enabled me to understand the communication challenges faced by learners at different stages of their careers. I believe that effective communication goes far beyond grammar—it is about expressing ideas confidently, building meaningful connections, and communicating with clarity and purpose.

Before becoming a full-time trainer, I built a successful career as an HR professional in the IT industry, where I eventually headed the HR departments of several reputed IT companies in India. My corporate experience involved employee training, recruitment, leadership development, interviews, presentations, and workplace communication. These real-world experiences have greatly influenced my teaching style, allowing me to provide practical guidance that prepares learners for actual academic, professional, and corporate situations rather than limiting training to theoretical concepts.

I conduct both online and offline classes and offer personalized one-on-one as well as small group sessions based on each learner's preferences and goals. My classes are designed for students, working professionals, job seekers, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees who wish to improve their communication skills.
