Health- It is said the person who is not suffering from any disease is healthy. Or According to Ayurveda, if a person's Tridoshas are balanced, so he is healthy. Health is not stable.
Fitness: Fitness is that through which we can maintain our health. Fitness helps to improve immunity through which we should become healthy.
Health is dependent on fitness, but fitness is not dependent on health.
