Dear Oscar,
In General, CBSE is Central Board of Secondary Education whereas IGCSE is International General Certificate of Secondary Education. Students from any Boards can join IGCSE Board in the 9th grade whereas aspirants have to study in the CBSE Board from the very beginning so as to continue their studies up to 12th class. The CBSE syllabus is framed according to the Indian standards of education whereas the IGCSE curriculum is of international standards.
The Major difference between the CBSE and IGCSE are:-

CBSE -
1. It's main aim is to prepare students for Engineering and Medical exams. More of theoretical approach. CBSE content focuses on science and math with attention on application of knowledge & they less focus on languages.
2. Emphasis on good quality of education that promotes intellectual and social spirits in students, rather than practical education.

IGCSE
1. There are over 70 subjects including 30 languages available at Cambridge IGCSE and schools offer them in any combination.
2. One is given a graded score for each subject with no mention of pass or fail.
3. IGCSE curriculum is balanced which also takes account the different abilities of students.

Learning German Language is not at all difficult. All you need is the right concepts, methods, some tricks and off course excellent vocabulary+grammar skills. Once you're through with vocabulary and grammar effectively, then learning German is just a piece of cake. Very best of luck.

Both are important but in my view you will learn very quick by TV but should have basic knowledge of that language.
But if you will read a book of any language you would have much time to practice you can take the help of dictionary while reading book but not at the time of watching TV.

This is an excellent question. lets start with the world's 2nd most-spoken language, English. people have a bad concept about the fact that American English is more stylish than British English. But if you read the origin of Celtic And Saxony languages, English was very different from the modern-day genre. People watch Hollywood and get addicted to words like 'wanna','gonna' without knowing the basic root of that word, let alone making a proper sentence. But to really learn a proper language, you don't need to simply read books or watch TV. One thing that you should constantly practice is speaking to yourself and your friends in the same possible style and accent in a different language every single moment. But if you are speaking French with an Australian, it wont help. only the originals know their own language better.
Regardless of your Origin, practice alone will change your accent automatically. Thank you. Here is an attachment for your better understanding. «less

For important facts, the necessary keywords are important, If any spelling mistakes occurs , that has to highlighted and must be corrected. minute errors can be Ignored. As Parents Children.. we always should not correct their errors. We must also give them the space of correcting mistakes by themselves that is done by them.

If that is correct, and the student understands the meaning, great, however, you must correct every misread word because you and I both know that a simple mispronunciation can change the meaning of the entire sentence, in French. Please be gentle but correct all. It will only improve the student's grasp of the language, it will not hurt the student ability to make sense of the language. Be gentle, and let the student know what you intend to do, clearly. «less

When a child is reading loud try to correct him but not each and every word. The word which he is pronouncing completely wrong, has to be corrected immediately. Rest you can underline and can tell him later and can make him pronounce twice or thrice.

Because he you don't do this, then main objective of teaching is just half done since in future he will again misread those words which will create problems for your student & a teacher doesn't want that. Right ?
Do analysis about what words if misreads, how many words & rectify it as a friend come tutor manner so that he/ she properly understand the difference b\w those words that sounds similar but are not in actual. «less

Student literacy improves by reading good books - be it fiction or literature and by listening to some wonderful speeches of great men which simultaneously improves content knowledge and literacy. For school children or adults, my advice would be to read a book without halting to check on the meaning of any difficult word. Underline these words and look for their meanings and then re-read if you have not understood the context. On most occasions, an overall understanding is achieved in the first reading which is fine-tuned when you read understanding the difficult words. Later, one should try to utilize this vocabulary so that the words are not forgotten. «less

An general expert owns a vocabulary of, lets say, up to 10 000 words. A specialist in his (higher) profession needs ~5000 words + specific words. If, ... if you are able to learn 10 new words every day (together with the genders and plurals of the nouns, the times of the irregular verbs, the correct usage of the prepositions, aso.) you can calculate the time by yourself. And additionally the grammar. The proverbs, the German way of speaking and the German pronounciation.
So it depends on you and on your concrete aim... ;) «less
