Have 15 years of German language experience

It depends on the level you plan to learn. A1 or beginners level can be completed within 60 hrs( 1.5 months) if it is a Monday- Friday class with a duration of 2 hrs/ day. Similar applies to A2.

For learning basics german language 3 months are enough and when you want achieve a good level then 2 years are pretty fine

It depends. If you work on it regularly it would probably take 2 months to complete A1 and 3-6 months to do A2. It depends on the number of classes you attend per week and how fast you learn.
