"I have recently joined Sonam's classes , and it's worth the money spent. First of all - she ensures all students in her team are given equal focus. She keeps you active and doesn't let you rest of she feels you have the potential to go on for few more seconds. Her classes are fun, and humor is very much part of it, so we don't feel bored. Its a mix of aerobics, yoga and pilates, which doesn't make it mundane and routine. I wanted classes that keeps me disciplined and this class does exactly that."
