I teach Yoga to students who want to improve their physical health, flexibility, and overall well-being through regular and mindful practice. For me, Yoga is not just a form of exercise but a balanced way of living that connects the body and mind. I enjoy helping students develop healthier routines and discover the positive impact Yoga can have on their daily lives. I have been teaching Yoga for the past 15 years and during this time I have worked with students from different age groups and fitness levels. My experience has helped me understand that every individual has different physical abilities and goals. Because of this, I try to guide each student in a way that suits their personal comfort and pace of learning. I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and have also completed postgraduate studies in Yoga. In addition, I am certified in Yoga, which has given me a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy, body alignment, and safe practice techniques. My academic and professional training help me design well-structured sessions for my students. In my classes, I focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing awareness. Regular Yoga practice can help reduce stress, improve posture, and increase overall energy levels. I guide students through different asanas and breathing techniques that support both physical and mental wellness. I believe that consistency is the key to experiencing the real benefits of Yoga. I encourage my students to practice regularly and remain patient with their progress. Over time, students notice improvements not only in their flexibility and strength but also in their concentration and mental calmness. I conduct both online and offline classes so that students can choose the format that works best for them. My sessions are designed to be comfortable and supportive, allowing students to learn at their own pace while maintaining proper technique and safety. My aim as a Yoga teacher is to help students build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle through Yoga. When practiced regularly with the right guidance, Yoga can bring balance to both the body and mind, and I feel grateful to be able to guide students on this journey.
